We collect the information you choose to submit through forms on this website. On the contact page that is your full name, email address, subject, and message. On the subscribe pages that is your full name, email address, and, if you select a text message category, your mobile phone number and the consent details described below.

When you submit an SMS consent, we record the phone number provided, the message categories you selected, the date and time of consent, the page the consent came from, the version of the consent disclosure shown to you, your browser user agent, and, where our systems capture it, the IP address of the submission.

We use the information to respond to written inquiries, to send the content you requested, to maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests, and to operate and improve the website. We do not use your information to generate quotes, applications, referrals, or sales outreach.

Text messages are sent only to numbers that were submitted with a checked consent box for a specific message category. Consent boxes are unchecked by default and each category is consented to separately. Accepting the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy is not consent to receive text messages.

Messages in the Driver Care Calendar SMS Program contain monthly reminders highlighting timely vehicle ownership tasks, seasonal checks, organization, and basic preventive care. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Full program details are in our SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers and consent records may be processed by the messaging service provider that delivers messages on our behalf, solely to send the messages you requested.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. If we add analytics in the future, this section will be updated to describe what is measured.

We keep inquiry messages and subscription records for as long as needed to answer your question, operate the SMS program, and maintain proof of consent and opt-out requests, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You can reply STOP to any message to cancel that program, or email message@drivercarecalendar.com to ask us to remove your information. You may also ask us what information we hold about you.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
