Driver Care Calendar SMS Program Terms of Service

The Driver Care Calendar SMS Program has two optional message categories: account notifications related to your subscription, and recurring marketing messages about Driver Care Calendar products, services, featured website resources, and newly available guides and tools.

The program does not send quotes, applications, eligibility screening, agent outreach, provider matching, referrals, sales calls, financing information, or partner marketing.

Each category requires its own separate consent. You may join one, both, or neither.

You join by checking the consent box for a specific message category on the subscribe page and providing a valid mobile phone number. Consent boxes are never checked by default. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in any message category, and accepting the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy is not consent to receive text messages.

Account notifications vary based on account activity. Marketing messages vary, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you send or receive.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel the applicable program. After you reply STOP, we send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages are sent for that program unless you opt in again.

The program is intended for United States mobile numbers and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. You must be the account holder of the mobile number provided or have permission from the account holder. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected through the SMS program is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
